At Wintergreen Northern Wear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization number and a printable shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our Ely, Minnesota workshop inspects the item, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
